Here are some of my pictures!

Okay, done by my Mum, but I needed a picture desperately for a recipe. And mine come out about the same as hers!

I made these. They're rock cakes. I will post a recipe soon. I like rock cakes because they can come out in random shapes. They have dried fruit, brown sugar, baking powder and orange rind.

This is the birthday cake that I made for my Mum. It was a sponge cake with strawberry jam in the middle, buttercream icing ontop, writing icing spelling 'Happy Birthday', jelly diamonds, silver balles and chocolate strands.

Carrot cakes (and muffins) with a small amount of lemon buttercream icing piped on top, and a sugar coated ball in the middle. I have to say (without being conceited), that I was quite proud of these. I love carrot cake!

This is a sponge cake I made. The icing is rubbish, but that's because I used up the last tiny bit of a packet of icing sugar, then discovered there wasn't another packet. But, this is how a sponge should turn out. Risen, golden and moist.
